Service Description

I provide individualised counselling for children and adolescents, helping them navigate emotional and developmental challenges. For younger children, I use play and expressive therapies in a safe and nurturing environment to support emotional growth and teach emotional regulation strategies. I work collaboratively with parents to ensure a child-centred approach, empowering children to apply the skills they learn at home and school. For adolescents, I offer holistic support to address mental health concerns, manage stressors, and navigate the complexities of growing up. My goal is to foster resilience and confidence, helping young people develop the skills they need to thrive through life’s unique challenges.
