This website is owned and operated by me, Michelle at Earth Soul Counselling. I provide professional counselling services, including individual, couple, and children/adolescent counselling. All sessions are conducted by me as a qualified and registered counsellor.

2. Use of the Website

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website and book counselling services for yourself.
For counselling services provided to minors (children and adolescents under the age of 18), parental or legal guardian consent is required. By booking a counselling session for a minor, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child or adolescent.

3. Fees and Payment

My fees for counselling services are listed on the website and may be subject to change.
Payment is due at the time of booking or as otherwise specified.
I reserve the right to modify my fees at any time, with updated pricing reflected on the website.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full session fee.
Refunds are not provided for missed sessions or late cancellations unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Confidentiality & Privacy

I am committed to protecting your confidentiality.
All personal information shared during counselling sessions is kept confidential, except in cases where disclosure is required by law, including:
- If there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.
- In cases of child protection concerns or legal obligations.
I use secure platforms, including Heidi Health, to manage client records and communication. Your data will be handled in compliance with Australian privacy laws. For more details, please refer to my Privacy Policy.
