CANCELLATION
POLICY
I understand that circumstances may arise which require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure that I can best serve all my clients and maintain the efficiency of my practice, I have established the following cancellation policy:
Notice Period:
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
Late Cancellations and No-Shows:
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, or if you do not attend your appointment without notice, a cancellation fee equivalent to the full session fee will be charged.
This policy helps manage my schedule and offers the opportunity for other clients to book in the time slot.
How to Cancel or Reschedule:
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact me directly via phone at 0478 005 412 or email at michelle@earthsoulcounselling.com.au. If you leave a voicemail or send an email, please ensure you receive a confirmation from me acknowledging the cancellation.
Exceptions:
I understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. Exceptions to this policy may be made at the discretion of the counsellor. Please communicate any special circumstances as soon as possible.
Repeated Cancellations:
Repeated cancellations or no-shows may lead to the termination of services to allow me to serve other clients effectively.
Refunds:
Payments for appointments cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice will be refunded in full or can be applied to future sessions, based on your preference.
I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy. It is designed to ensure that all clients receive the best possible service and that appointment times are used efficiently.
