As a registered counsellor, I offer a calm and supportive space for individuals, couples, and families navigating life’s more difficult seasons. My approach is integrative and collaborative, shaped by genuine care and curiosity about each person’s story. Counselling offers the chance to pause, reflect, and make sense of what’s been happening, supporting you to reconnect with yourself and take steps that feel right for you.

Services

Invidividual Counselling

Life can feel overwhelming at times, but you don’t have to face it alone. In one-on-one counselling, I offer a confidential space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Together, we’ll work to identify your strengths, clarify what matters most to you, and find practical ways to move forward. My approach is person-centred and strengths-based, with a focus on building trust and working at your pace.

Relationship Counselling

Whether you're navigating a romantic relationship, family tension, or challenges in communication, each session is guided by your needs and goals. Together, we’ll focus on building trust, understanding one another more clearly, and working through conflict in a way that feels respectful and constructive. My approach is collaborative and practical, supporting you to move forward with stronger connection and a clearer sense of direction.

Walk and Talk Therapy

Walk and talk therapy offers a grounded, flexible alternative to traditional counselling. Stepping outdoors allows sessions to combine gentle movement with the calming effect of nature, helping reduce anxiety, support reflection, and bring a sense of emotional clarity. Walking side by side can feel more relaxed than sitting face-to-face, making it easier to open up and feel connected, without the pressure of a clinical setting.
