Your First Session
Taking the first step into counselling can feel unfamiliar, especially if you’re not sure what to expect. In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other, talk about what’s been on your mind, and explore what you’d like to get out of counselling. It’s a chance to begin working out what matters most to you and how we might move forward together.
To give you a sense of how this looks in practice, I’ve included a short video below. Whether this is your first experience of counselling or you’re returning after some time away, my intention is to make the process clear, supportive, and genuinely helpful for you.
