Your First Session
Taking the first step into counselling can feel unfamiliar, especially if you’re unsure what to expect. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can share what’s on your mind. Your first session is about getting to know each other, understanding your goals, and exploring practical ways to move forward.
