Your first step

Starting counselling can feel unfamiliar, especially if you're not sure what to expect. A free 15-minute phone consultation gives us the opportunity to briefly discuss what's brought you here, answer any questions you may have, and see whether we're the right fit. There's no obligation to book a counselling session afterwards.

If you decide to continue, your first counselling session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, explore what's been happening in your life, and discuss what you'd like to gain from counselling. Together, we'll begin identifying what feels most important to you and consider how we might work together moving forward.
