Hi, I’m Michelle, a Certified Practising Counsellor and Yoga Therapist on the Sunshine Coast.

Sometimes we find ourselves going through the motions, replaying the same thoughts, feeling stuck, or sensing that something just feels off. It can be confusing, tiring, and lonely trying to make sense of it on your own.

Counselling offers a space to pause, reflect, and begin making sense of what’s been happening. I invite you to take the first step toward meaningful change with a free 15-minute phone consultation.

Services

Invidividual Counselling

Life can feel heavy at times, especially when you’ve been holding so much on your own. Individual counselling offers space to pause, breathe, and make sense of what’s been happening; to reconnect with yourself and find steadier ground.

My role is to provide support as you explore what feels important and begin to recognise your own inner resources. Together, we’ll work toward clarity and direction that feel meaningful and sustainable for you. Sessions move at your pace, guided by honesty, curiosity, and care.

Relationship Counselling

Relationships can be both grounding and challenging. When communication breaks down or old patterns resurface, it can leave you feeling distant, unheard, or unsure how to move forward. Relationship counselling offers a space to slow things down, listen differently, and rebuild understanding.

Each session is guided by what matters most to you both. Together, we’ll work toward clearer communication, mutual respect, and a stronger sense of connection. My approach is collaborative and practical, helping you create change that feels authentic and sustainable.

Walk and Talk Therapy

Walk and talk therapy offers a grounded, flexible alternative to traditional counselling. Moving outdoors brings a natural sense of ease, combining gentle movement with the calming rhythm of nature to support reflection, reduce anxiety, and help you feel more centred and present.

Walking side by side can feel more relaxed than sitting and talking, allowing conversation to flow naturally and creating space for connection without the structure of a traditional setting.
