Invidividual Counselling

Life can feel overwhelming at times, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. In one-on-one counselling sessions, I provide a safe and confidential space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and challenges. Together, we’ll work to uncover your strengths, clarify your goals, and develop practical strategies to help you move forward. My approach is person-centred, strengths-based, and grounded in compassion, using evidence-based techniques like trauma-informed and narrative therapy to support your growth and well-being.

Whether you're navigating romantic partnerships, friendships, or family dynamics, I tailor sessions to address your unique needs and goals, aiming to enhance communication, resolve conflict, and strengthen connections. My approach focuses on building trust, mutual understanding, and empowering you to overcome challenges together, promoting healthier and more fulfilling relationships in all areas of your life.

Support for Men

Many men feel the weight of life’s challenges, often carrying their burdens silently. Whether it’s navigating divorce, co-parenting struggles, or major life transitions, finding support can make all the difference. My counselling services are adapted to provide a supportive space where you can process what you’re going through, build resilience, and find practical strategies to move forward.

Counselling for Children

Counseling for children aged 6-13 years old, provides a safe space for young people to express themselves and develop coping skills. Using play and expressive therapies, I help address issues like anxiety, depression, and family dynamics. For adolescents, I focus on managing stress and transitions, fostering resilience and healthy development. Sessions are tailored to individual needs, ensuring personalised support for their growth and well-being.
