Hi, I'm Michelle, a Certified Practising Counsellor based on the Sunshine Coast, offering face-to-face and Telehealth counselling.

I work with adults navigating life's transitions and the everyday challenges that come with being human. My approach is guided by what feels most important to you.

If you're ready to take the first step, I invite you to book a free 15-minute phone consultation.

Counselling can support you through:

  • Anxiety, stress, and emotional overwhelm

  • Grief, loss, and major life transitions

  • Relationship challenges and family dynamics

  • Trauma, post-traumatic stress

  • Burnout, low self-esteem, and feeling stuck

  • Anger, conflict, and communication difficulties

  • Identity struggles, and existential concerns

  • Depression, loneliness, disconnection, and emotional pain

Your First Step

Whether you're new to counselling or returning after some time away, find out what to expect from your free consultation and first session, including a short video explaining the process.

Invidividual Counselling

Individual counselling offers an opportunity to pause, reflect, and better understand yourself. Together, we'll explore your experiences, the patterns that keep showing up, and the parts of you that may feel disconnected or in conflict.

Relationship Counselling

Relationships can be both grounding and challenging. When communication breaks down or old patterns resurface, it can leave you feeling distant, unheard, or unsure how to move forward. Relationship counselling offers a space to slow things down, listen differently, and rebuild understanding.

Each session is guided by what matters most to you both. Together, we’ll work toward clearer communication, mutual respect, and a stronger sense of connection. My approach is collaborative and practical, helping you create change that feels authentic and sustainable.
